INITIAL VISIT ONLY

Thank you for booking with Revive IV Solutions.

A deposit of $50 is required for an initial visit. This deposit will be applied to your initial visit medical clearance ($39 and is good for one year) and whichever treatments you choose. Your nurse will go over the medical exam with you at the time of your initial appointment and will guide you every step of the way. This is a very quick virtual/telehealth visit is over Zoom with our Nurse Practitioner and can be done from your phone or computer.
