INITIAL VISIT ONLY

Once you book your initial appointment and pay the non-refundable $40 deposit, which will be applied to your initial visit, you will receive an email from GuardianMD Connect Invite. This email will invite you to get a very quick clearance exam with our GMD Connect provider to confirm you are a candidate for our services. This virtual/telehealth visit is over Zoom and can be done from your phone or computer. The email will send you the booking link as well as the unique GMD Connect Referral ID that you MUST input to validate the appointment.
